The proceedings can be used on two basic ways.
The Table of Contents consists of a header and a series of links to articles. Each of these is explained below:
Some articles are proceeded by a yellow star . These articles were not included in the original printed version of the 1998 Proceedings, but have been included in the online version.
Some articles are proceeded by a red star . These articles were in the original proceedings but have not yet been included in the online version. In some cases, the article required extensive conversion to HTML (formatting or graphics) and that is not yet complete. In some cases we have not yet obtained an electronic version of the article.
Each Article consists of an article header and an article body. Each of these are explained in detail below.
Where provided by the author graphics and tables are included. In some articles, the resolution of the graphics needed to be so high to actually see the graphic, that the graphic was not included in the article body. In such cases, a smaller graphic icon is included, which you can click on to load the full size graphic.
