In a project that has gained national attention, the City of Cincinnati and Potterhill Homes have created a public/private partnership to move a former industrial site from an environmental hazard and eyesore to a vibrant residential neighborhood. Cityscapes at the Mills of Carthage is a residential infill, neighborhood revitalization project currently underway in the Carthage neighborhood of Cincinnati. It is the product of a unique partnership between the City and a private developer with experience in factory-built housing.
