Clemens, AICP Camden County has embarked on a new and exciting process for revitalizing and redeveloping its urban and suburban centers with the Haddon Avenue/PATCO Hi-Speedline Corridor Study. The main goal of this study is to encourage transit-oriented development adjacent to the PATCO stations at Ferry Avenue, Collingswood, Westmont, and Haddonfield. The presentation on this study highlights its background analysis, TOD concept plans, and implementation tools.
