Key Task Force Goals:

• Avoid significant adverse impacts on local roadways and adjacent neighborhoods

• Achieve acceptable traffic impacts with mitigation that is appropriate for Belmont

• Note: Based on analysis of 28 intersections likely to be affected by development on the McLean site, a maximum of 800 trips during the peak hour would be acceptable, with appropriate mitigation
